SHOULD I HAVE A LOT TO BUILD ON PRIOR TO REACHING OUT TO YOU?
No, not necessarily. If you don't already own a lot, we can assist you in the lot buying process as your builder and ensure the lot you ultimately select will be a great fit for your floorplan. Especially in the Western NC area, lots and floorplans generally need to go hand-in-hand due to our mountainous topography.
Additionally, we often have lots or spec homes that might be at different stages of construction that are available for purchase. Reach out to us and see what we have!
DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY OWN FLOORPLAN BEFORE WE MEET?
No, we at Blue Pinnacle Homes have a good library of plans. If you contract with us, our plan is free. If we do not have what you are looking for, you are free to bring a plan for us to build. If you have concepts of a plan, we have drafting services that help bring your concepts to life.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A HOME?
There are numerous factors that play into this question, but in general, once we get through the contract and permitting process, and we've broken ground, it takes approximately 7-12 months to complete based on the level of complexity and size of the home.
